All systems go!

Hastings District Libraries new computer system has gone live today and we are all systems go!

Thank you for your patience and i hope not too many people went without reading material for the 2 days we couldn't issue items.

See you all soon.

No books issued for next 2 days!

This is a reminder that Hastings District Libraries are upgrading to a new computer system. We are open at all three libraries in the lead up to our launch day but we have limited services only the next two days.

Today and tomorrow, the 14 & 15 May we have no computer system operating for lending, returning, searching, payments, holds or reservations. You can use all our other services and facilities as normal.

Called Kōtui, the new system will help you locate more of our collections as it searches across our print, digital and online resources. Library staff will be on hand and happy to assist in the use of the new system. For more information you can see the Kōtui FAQs on www.hastingslibrary.co.nz/kotui or ask staff.
