There are two parts to this Enliven Connect (EC) website;
- the content
- the intellectual property, software and associated database.
The combined informational content of the Hawke’s Bay region Community Groups section of the database, commonly known by the name Enliven Connect and domain name www.enlivenconnect.co.nz belongs to Presbyterian Support East Coast (PSEC). PSEC has claim to the collective content. Each individual community group owns its own information.
Many groups and services enter and update their own information on this website. EC is the vehicle for their information but is not responsible for their content. These persons have been advised that by entering data onto the website they agree to comply with relevant New Zealand standards, ethics and legislation e.g. Fair Trading Act 1986, Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Privacy Act 1993 etc.
The material on this site is intended for general information purposes only. It is not intended to replace information given to you by a health or other professional. We encourage you at all times, when seeking specific advice, to consult a professional in that field.

You will be deemed to have been notified about any changes once an updated version of our policy is published on our Website. Any change we make applies from the date we publish it on our Website.

International Users and Choice of Law
This Site is controlled, operated and administered by PSEC from its office in New Zealand. PSEC makes no representation that information at the site is appropriate or available for use at other places outside of the New Zealand and access to the site from jurisdictions in which the contents may be illegal is prohibited. If you access this site from a location outside of New Zealand, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. These Terms and Conditions of use shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Database Access (for those provided with limited, defined access e.g. those entering data about their own group/service/organisation or on behalf of a group/service/organisation)
In this clause, unless the context otherwise requires:
- "Your Data" means the information contained in the Database pertaining solely to the services you/your organisation provide or the information pertaining to other services who have given permission for you to convey it on their behalf.
- "Database" means our computerised information database and all modifications, updates and extensions of that Database dealing with the same subject matter.
Where by prior arrangement with PSEC you wish to update Your Data contained on our website, then, subject to these terms and conditions, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable limited use license to access Your Data contained on our website at such times as the Database is available for accessing and solely for the purposes of updating, editing or amending Your Data.
This license does not give you any rights of ownership or copyright or other intellectual property right to the Database or any other written material supplied by us.
Where we provide electronic passwords to your personnel who wish to access the Database to update, edit or amend Your Data you agree to notify us of all personnel in order that an up to date inventory of current and invalid passwords can be maintained. You are responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of all electronic passwords.
