The combined informational content of the Hawke’s Bay region Community Groups section of the database, commonly known by the name Enliven Connect and domain name www.enlivenconnect.co.nz belongs to Presbyterian Support East Coast (PSEC). PSEC has claim to the collective content. Each individual community group owns its own information.

Many groups and services enter and update their own information on this website. EC is the vehicle for their information but is not responsible for their content. These persons have been advised that by entering data onto the website they agree to comply with relevant New Zealand standards, ethics and legislation e.g. Fair Trading Act 1986, Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Privacy Act 1993 etc.

This license does not give you any rights of ownership or copyright or other intellectual property right to the Database or any other written material supplied by us.

Where we provide electronic passwords to your personnel who wish to access the Database to update, edit or amend Your Data you agree to notify us of all personnel in order that an up to date inventory of current and invalid passwords can be maintained. You are responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of all electronic passwords.
